As hard as we all cling to summer, it’s finally time to swap sunscreen for scarves, embrace the autumn breeze, and look forward to the opportunities each new season brings.
The colors are changing, but before we at RHM turn over a new leaf, we want to take some time to look back and properly recognize our progress, achievements, and growth as a connected, thriving team!

September was a month of celebration at RHM. We’d like to raise a glass and celebrate our new September hires:

Team Outings
We work hard. But that doesn’t mean we don’t play hard, too!
At RHM, we love to celebrate all of our team’s hard-earned accomplishments and recognize their commitment to their crafts. To honor everyone completing their goals for the first half of the year, we took a trip to Nashville!
It was incredible and refreshing to celebrate each other’s hard work and to just have some plain old fun as a team outside of the office.
Great work everyone, let’s do it again!
We also set out for Purdue’s Krannert School of Business and U of I to join in on some career fair fun! It was wonderful to meet and connect with some bright, aspiring professionals (and hand out some RHM swag, of course)!
September was yet another busy and fun month at RHM and we couldn’t be more excited to see what the coming months will bring for our team. Stay tuned!
