You’ll start your contractor journey by meeting with an RHM recruiter who specializes in your area of expertise. We will discuss your experience, workplace preferences, goals, and possible matches with our clients’ job opportunities. Once we identify a good fit, you’ll apply with the hiring company. An RHM account executive will present your resume and professional references to our client on your behalf. 

Before the client interview

If our client wants to interview you, an RHM recruiter will confirm the arrangements and—with our first-hand knowledge of their hiring goals and expectations—advise you thoroughly on the behaviors and skills you need for the role. You will go into the interview fully prepared and afterward receive thorough follow-up. The RHM recruiter will inform you of the client’s decision on whether they will proceed with the hiring or not. Either way, we will provide you with constructive feedback.

Interview with the client

If the company wants to hire you, they will supply RHM with the contract job offer details, which we will present to you. If you accept, our support team will work with you on completing any required pre-employment paperwork and screening.  Although contractors work on site at a client location, RHM is your employer. You will be paid weekly, are eligible for RHM benefits while on contract, and can direct any concerns and requests to RHM representatives.
