RHM January and February Highlights
As we line up on spring’s doorstep, the sun sets a little later each night, the birds are busy practicing their vocal routines, and RHM is ramping up for yet another season of growth.
January and February were busy months full of exciting new hires, well-earned promotions, and a general buzz of development and success for the company as a whole.
We are beyond excited to see what the spring months have in store for our incredible teams, but, for now, we want to take a look back and acknowledge our strong start to the new year!
New Hires
We really outdid ourselves here. We have many new, terrific hires to welcome to the RHM family, so there’s no time to waste! Without further ado, please raise a glass and extend a hearty congratulations to our January 6th new hires:
Welcome, Alec Lamoureaux, Jordan DeFrank, Logan Sowers, Jacob Warrens, Erin Millet, Abel Abay, Stephanie Gaidas, Jacob Del Toro, Aaron Menyes!
And again, for our January 27th new hires, Steven Curry and Vivek Patel!
Last, but certainly not least, let’s welcome our February 17th additions Ryan Cesario, Isaac Matthews, Ryan Fields, Sam Koss, Luis Marin, and Christian Morris!
Promotions
One of the more rewarding parts of our job is watching the personal and professional growth of our team members. We were privileged to see several promotions for RHM over the last two months. We’d like to acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and determination behind each one, and extend our sincere thanks for all of their contributions to the company.
For our Schaumburg office, Brandon Morales, Jordyn Larsen, Niko Poulos, and Scott Fife all earned promotions to Account Executive. Congratulations!
Not to be outdone, Oak Brook has a few key promotions to announce as well!
Brett Watson – Account Recruiting Manager, John Cieski – Director of Business Operations, Kelly Evancich and Carter Buyer-Knuff – Account Executives.

President’s Club Trip
RHM Staffing Solutions held our 3rd Annual President’s Club trip in Cancun this year. We celebrated 30 contest winners this year, which is triple the number we had three years ago! Way to go, team!
